Mango Nectar

“Nature’s Delight Brand canned Mango Nectar is produced from freshly harvested Philippine Carabao Variety mangoes that has passed through stringent controls and ripened in a clean, natural environment. The mangoes are processed thru pulper finisher equipment then pasteurized to produce mango puree at a proper formulation in a desired proportion to water with 0.01% citric acid; 0.01% ascorbic acid and sugar to attain a 15 degree brix. The product is canned using a 202 open lift-top epoxyphenolic lacquered cans that are lithographically labeled.
