    From selected matured Philippine Carabao variety mango, naturally ripened, peeled & pitted, sliced, blanched, mechanically dried, firm, bright yellow to yellow orange in color, soft and gummy, no artificial color added; tolerance of 10% on broken cuts and irregular sizes. Used as a healthy ready-to-eat snack and as food ingredient/topping.

    Philippine Frozen Mango Halves, Carabao Variety, current crop year, peeled & pitted, firm not mushy, no browning due to oxidation, no frost/snow, regular yellow to golden yellow color. The product is Individually Quick Frozen (IQF) using a tunnel freezer at - 40ºC and stored at - 18ºC or cooler. Used as a ready-to-eat fruit, Industrial and Food Service use (e.g. ingredient for bakery products, various desserts, beverages and dairy products).

    Method of Preservation:
    The product is pasteurized at 80°C to 90°C.
