    REGULAR DRIED PINEAPPLE "SUNNYFRESH"

    From selected matured Philippine Fresh Pineapple, Hawaiian variety (smooth cayenne) shell color 1.5-2.0, mechanically peeled and decored, sliced & cut into small wedges or cubes, blanched, mechanically dried, yellow to golden yellow in color, soft and gummy, no artificial color added, with tolerance of 10% on broken cuts and irregular sizes.     From selected matured Philippine Papaya (Solo or Cavite variety); properly ripened, washed, peeled, sliced and cut into 2x2 cm cubes, with 10% variance for irregular cuts and sizes, mechanically dried using modern steam dryers, no artificial color added. Used as a healthy ready-to-eat snack and as food ingredient/topping.

    Calamansi Puree is extracted from mature calamansi fruits or Philippine Lime, belonging to the citrus family and one of the very rich sources of Vitamin C among Philippine fruits.

    The fruits are washed and passed through a polyfruit extractor. Pulp is strained afterwards in a stainless steel finisher and vibro separator, and then pasteurized then blast frozen and stored at - 18°C or cooler. Perfect for Industrial and Food Service use (e.g. ingredient for various desserts, beverage preparation and dairy products).

    Shelf-Life:
    Two (2) Years from production date, stored at a temperature of -18°C or cooler.
    The contents must be used immediately after opening the bag.

    FRESH OKRA

    Fresh okra, Japanese early maturing variety (Greenie Taiwan Variety), harvested from fresh young pods, free from physical injury, warts, molds and insect bites. The fruits are well formed, with straight pods 8-10 cm in length (maximum deflection of 1.5 - 2 cm. from the center) green to dark green in color. The fruits are guaranteed to be fresh for a maximum of 36 hours from harvest date. Shipped by air cargo.

    FROZEN OKRA

    Frozen whole IFQ okra, Japanese early maturing variety (Greenie Taiwan Variety), harvested from fresh young pods, free from physical injury, warts, molds and insect bites. The fruits are well formed, with straight pods 8-10 cm in length (maximum deflection of 1.5 - 2 cm from the center) green to dark green in color, cut in the stalk, blanched at 100ºC for 60 seconds, hydro-cooled at 5ºC using ice chilled water. The product is Individually Quick Frozen (IQF) using a tunnel freezer at - 40ºC and stored at - 18ºC or cooler. Ideal for Industrial and Food Service use (e.g. salad and cooking ingredient).
